Shoot the Hooch

I know I've pretty much been crying wolf on the whole warm weather thing since January, but now summer really is here. (How sick of hearing me talk about it are you?)

One of my favorite summertime activities is Shooting the Hooch. Almost nothing is more wonderful to me than floating down the Chattahoochee river, cocktail in hand. I didn't have the chance to do it last summer, so I was long overdue. My only complaint was that we didn't float far enough - I could have stayed out there until Monday. 


Not to worry, though, I already have plans to get back out there soon.

    I've lived in Georgia my whole life and have never been on the Chattahoochee. Is the experience relaxing? I always thought of rapids and drowning and such. :)

    Way down yonder on the Chattahoochie! Looks like so much fun! We are hoping to get back down to New Braunfels and float the river again this summer :)
